His unique style of leadership and management is based upon analyzing data and overlay that knowledge with people-focused emotional intelligence to create an environment for success.
In his current role at Split Rail Consulting, he continues to guide the day to day operation of strategic projects as well as providing executive coaching and leading workshops for organizations seeking to implement his test model of success-based motivation and emotional intelligence to help their teams win.
